本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Sollapps（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）の使用条件を定めたものです。本アプリ利用者（以下「ユーザー」）が本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本規約の内容に同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は、本アプリを使用できません。
第1条 利用資格
本規約に同意したユーザーのみ本アプリを利用することができます。
第2条 有料サービス
本アプリには、追加機能を提供する有料サービスが含まれます。有料サービスには、買い切り型およびサブスクリプション型の課金が含まれる場合があります。
第2.1 支払い条件
有料サービスの料金は、ユーザーのApp StoreまたはGoogle Playアカウントに課金されます。買い切り型の料金は一度限りの支払いとなり、サブスクリプション型の料金は選択されたプランに応じた月額制または年額制で提供されます。
第2.2 無料試用期間（サブスクリプション型のみ）
サブスクリプション型有料サービスには、特定の期間の無料試用が提供される場合があります。試用期間終了後、自動的に課金が開始されます。
第2.3 自動更新（サブスクリプション型のみ）
サブスクリプション型サービスは、現在の契約期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルされない限り、自動的に更新されます。更新時の料金は、契約期間終了の24時間前にアカウントに課金されます。
第2.4 キャンセル
サブスクリプション型サービスは、App StoreまたはGoogle Playのアカウント設定からいつでもキャンセルまたは管理できます。サブスクリプションをキャンセルしても、契約期間が終了するまではその機能を利用できます。サブスクリプションのキャンセルは、本アプリ提供者（当方）からは解除することができず、ユーザー自身がおこなう必要があります。
第2.5 サービス終了時の取扱い
当方が本アプリの提供を終了する場合、有料サービス（買い切り型およびサブスクリプション型）も終了となります。この場合、本アプリ終了前までに事前告知をおこない、買い切り型およびサブスクリプション型の契約期間まで提供された機能へのアクセスが維持されるよう努めます。
本アプリの提供が終了する場合、買い切り型およびサブスクリプション型の払い戻しに対応することはできません。App StoreまたはGoogle Playにお問い合わせください。
当方の運営状況および本アプリの提供状況によっては、サブスクリプション型の契約期間まで本アプリの提供が困難な場合があります。
第3条 知的財産権
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツに関するすべての権利、所有権、知的財産権は、当方またはそのライセンサーに帰属します。本規約に明示的に記載されていない権利はすべて当方が留保します。
第4条 禁止事項
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行わないものとします。
- 本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、または改変。
- 本アプリを違法目的または本規約に違反する方法で使用すること。
- 他者の権利を侵害する形で本アプリを使用すること。
第5条 免責事項
当方は、本アプリおよび関連サービスが中断、遅延、エラーなく提供されることを保証しません。また、本アプリの使用に起因する損害について、当方は一切責任を負いません。ただし、消費者契約法その他の法律により免責が認められない場合を除きます。
第6条 利用停止および契約解除
当方は、以下の場合にユーザーへの事前通知を行うことなく、本アプリの利用停止または契約解除を行うことができます。
- ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合。
- その他、当方が必要と判断した場合。
第7条 規約の変更
当方は、本規約を随時変更する権利を有します。変更後に本アプリを使用し続けることにより、ユーザーは変更内容に同意したものとみなされます。
第8条 個人情報の取り扱い
当方は、プライバシーポリシーに基づき、ユーザーの個人情報を適切に取り扱います。詳細は、当方のプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
第9条 準拠法および管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、それに基づいて解釈されます。本規約または本アプリに関連して発生した紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the applications ("App") provided by Sollapps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
Section 1 Eligibility
Only users who agree to these Terms are authorized to use the App.
Section 2 Paid Services
The App may include paid services that offer additional features. Paid services may include one-time purchases and subscription-based options.
2.1 Payment Terms
Fees for paid services will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account. One-time purchase fees are charged once, while subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the selected plan.
2.2 Free Trial Period (Subscriptions Only)
Subscription-based services may offer a free trial for a specified period. Billing will automatically begin upon the expiration of the trial period.
2.3 Automatic Renewal (Subscriptions Only)
Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
2.4 Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings. If you cancel, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions cannot be canceled directly by us; they must be managed by the user.
2.5 Termination of Service
If we discontinue the App, all paid services (both one-time purchases and subscriptions) will also terminate. In such cases, we will provide advance notice and strive to maintain access to paid features until the end of active subscription periods.
We cannot process refunds in the event of service termination. Please contact the App Store or Google Play for refund requests.
Section 3 Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, titles, and intellectual property rights in and to the App and its content belong to us or our licensors. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by us.
Section 4 Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, or modifying the App.
- Using the App for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms.
- Using the App in a manner that infringes upon the rights of others.
Section 5 Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that the App or related services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Section 6 Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if we otherwise deem it necessary.
Section 7 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Section 8 Privacy Policy
We handle your personal information appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Section 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
